ミャオリンガル運営（以下「当方」）は、語学学習アプリ Meowlingual（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
The Meowlingual team ("we") sets out below how the language-learning app Meowlingual ("the App") handles your information.
Your diary text (original and translated), flashcard words and meanings, photos you attach, and your learning record (streak, medals, flashcard results).

いずれも利用者が操作したときだけ動きます。常時録音・常時撮影は行いません。
These are used only when you act. The App never records or captures continuously.
アカウントの作成は任意です。作らなくても、日記・翻訳・音声・単語帳・音読のすべての機能が使えます。
Email address and an authentication identifier. Creating an account is optional — every feature works without one.
本アプリは Google の広告サービス（AdMob）を利用しています。広告の配信のため、広告識別子などの情報が Google に送信されることがあります。詳しくは Google のポリシー をご確認ください。
プレミアムをご利用の間は、広告は表示されません。
The App uses Google AdMob. Advertising identifiers may be sent to Google to serve ads. See Google's policy. No ads are shown while you have Premium.

取得した情報を、広告の出し分けのために使うことはありません。第三者に売ることもありません。
We do not use this data to target ads, and we never sell it to third parties.
翻訳・単語の抽出・解説の作成のため、日記の本文を Gemini API に送信します（送信先: generativelanguage.googleapis.com）。音声の作成のため、読み上げる文を Cloud Text-to-Speech に送信します（送信先: texttospeech.googleapis.com）。
本アプリは、日記の本文を Google に送信します。他人に知られたくない内容は書かないようご注意ください。
The App sends your diary text to Google. Please do not write anything you would not want processed by a third party.
Diary text is sent to Google's Gemini API for translation, word extraction and explanations, and the sentences to be read aloud are sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech for audio. When signed in, it goes through our own relay (Firebase Cloud Functions); the API key is never in the app. The relay receives a random device identifier generated by the App (not linked to your name or contact details) to count daily usage. If you report a quiz question, that question and your note are stored on our server so we can fix it.
アカウントを作った場合、日記・単語帳・学習の記録が Firebase に保存されます。

With an account, your data is stored in Firebase. Without an account, your diary, words and learning record stay on your device — except for the transmissions described in (1) (text for translation/audio, and the device identifier for usage counting).
広告の配信のため。上記 1(4) のとおりです。
For serving ads, as described in 1(4) above.
On-device data until you delete the App; cloud data until you delete your account; server-side audio files are removed automatically after a period.

アカウントの削除は、アプリの中から行えます。削除すると元に戻せません。
Account deletion is available inside the App. It cannot be undone.
本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありません。お子さまが利用される場合は、保護者の方の目の届く範囲でご利用ください。
The App is not directed at a specific age group. Children should use it with a guardian nearby.
通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）されています。クラウドのデータは、本人のアカウントからのみ読み書きできるよう設定しています。
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Cloud data is readable and writable only by its own account.
内容を変更する場合は、本アプリ内またはウェブサイトでお知らせします。
We will announce any changes in the App or on this website.
