Meowlingual（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが何の情報を、何のために扱うかを説明するものです。

Meowlingual ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and why.

1. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect

• アカウント情報: メールアドレス（アカウント作成時のみ。パスワードはGoogle Firebaseが安全に管理し、運営者は閲覧できません）
• 学習データ: 日記の本文・翻訳・単語帳・音声ファイル・学習の進み具合
• 利用状況: AI機能（翻訳・音声作成）の利用回数（使いすぎ防止のため）

Account info (email only; passwords are managed securely by Google Firebase), your learning data (diary text, translations, flashcards, audio), and AI feature usage counts (for rate limiting).

2. 情報の使いみち / How We Use It

• アカウントのログインとデータのクラウド同期・バックアップ
• AIによる翻訳・解説・音声の生成（入力した文章はGoogleのGemini APIで処理されます）
• サービスの安定運用（利用回数の管理）

To sign you in, sync and back up your data, generate translations/audio via Google's Gemini API, and keep the service stable.

3. 第三者への提供 / Sharing

ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。データの保管と処理には以下のサービスを利用しています:

• Google Firebase（認証・データベース・ファイル保管）
• Google Gemini API（翻訳・音声の生成処理）

We never sell your personal data. We use Google Firebase (auth, database, storage) and Google Gemini API (AI processing) to operate the App.

4. データの保管と削除 / Storage & Deletion

• アカウントを作らずに使う場合、データはお使いの端末の中だけに保存されます
• ログインして使う場合、データはGoogle Firebaseのサーバーに保管されます
• アカウントとクラウド上のデータの削除を希望する場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。すみやかに削除します

Without an account, data stays on your device only. With an account, data is stored on Google Firebase. To delete your account and cloud data, contact us below.

5. 広告・トラッキング / Ads & Tracking

本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告目的のトラッキングも行いません。

The App shows no ads and does no ad tracking.
