この規約は、ミャオリンガル運営（以下「当方」）が提供する語学学習アプリ Meowlingual（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。
These terms govern your use of Meowlingual ("the App"), provided by the Meowlingual team ("we"). By using the App you agree to them.
本アプリは、利用者が母語で書いた日記をもとに、翻訳・音声の読み上げ・単語帳・音読の練習などを通じて外国語を学ぶためのものです。
The App helps you learn a language from a diary you write in your own language — through translation, audio, flashcards and reading-aloud practice.
An account is optional; it is used for cloud backup and syncing. Keeping your password safe is your responsibility.
入力された内容は、翻訳や音声の作成のため Google（Gemini API・Cloud Text-to-Speech）に送信されます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
What you write is sent to Google (Gemini API and Cloud Text-to-Speech) to produce translations and audio. See our Privacy Policy.
You keep the rights to everything you write. We use it only as needed to run the App's features.
No unlawful or infringing content, no impersonation, no reverse-engineering or unauthorised access, no overloading the service, and no redistributing or selling text or audio obtained through the App without permission.

1か月ごとのプラン（期間は1か月）と1年ごとのプラン（期間は1年）があります。料金は、アプリ内の購入画面に表示される金額（税込）です。国や地域によって金額が異なる場合があります。
Monthly and yearly plans are available. The price shown in the App at purchase (tax included) applies; it varies by country and region.
販売業者などの法定の表記は「特定商取引法に基づく表記」をご覧ください。
期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に更新されます。更新の料金は、期間が終わる24時間前以内に請求されます。
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You are charged within 24 hours of the period end.
解約は、ご利用の端末の設定から行っていただけます。
アプリを削除しただけでは解約になりません。必ず上記の手順で解約してください。
Cancel in your device settings (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Payment goes through Apple or Google, so refunds follow their store policies; we cannot refund directly. Cancelling mid-term does not refund the remainder — Premium stays active until the period ends.
機種変更や再インストールをされた場合は、プレミアムの画面にある「購入を復元する」からご利用状態を戻せます。
After changing devices or reinstalling, use Restore purchases on the Premium screen.
本アプリの教材「くーすけのお手本日記」の文章・問題・音声は、当方がAI（Google Gemini・Google Cloud Text-to-Speech）を用いて制作したものです。他者の著作物は使っていません。内容は学習のための創作で、実在の人物や出来事とは関係ありません。
教材の権利は当方に帰属します。個人の学習の範囲でご利用ください。AIが作ったものなので、まれに不自然な表現が含まれることがあります。気づいたときは、各問題の「報告」からお知らせいただけると助かります。
The learning material ("Kusuke's Diary") — text, quizzes and audio — is created by us using AI (Google Gemini and Google Cloud Text-to-Speech). It contains no third-party works and is fiction for study purposes. We hold the rights to it; please use it for personal study only. As AI-generated content it may occasionally contain awkward phrasing — you can report it from each quiz.
Translations, audio and word meanings are generated automatically by AI and are not guaranteed to be accurate — treat them as study aids. Features may be temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for lost data, so please sync or export anything important. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
機能の追加・変更・終了を行うことがあります。サービスを終了する場合は、事前にアプリ内でお知らせします。
We may add, change or discontinue features. If we shut the service down, we will announce it in the App beforehand.
この規約を変更する場合は、アプリ内またはウェブサイトでお知らせします。変更後にご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
We will announce changes in the App or on this website. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
この規約は日本法に従って解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当方の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court having jurisdiction over our address shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute.
